Maxo Luma

Maxo Luma is the current Executive Director of Partners In Health in Liberia. Maxo has also served as a medical advisor and clinical coordinator for the organization in the past. Prior to their work with Partners In Health, they were a DR-TB and HIV physician with direct observation therapy for HAART.

Maxo Luma has a Doctor of Medicine from Universite d'Etat d'Haiti, a BSc in Pharmacy from the University of British Columbia, and a Masters of Public Health from Harvard University. Maxo also has a Graduate Diploma in Health from Universite d'Etat d'Haiti.

They are on a team with Loune Viaud - Vice Chancellor of UGHE in Haiti & Chief Gender & Social Equity Officer, Hannah Sehn - Executive Director, Navajo Nation, and Luckson Dullie - Executive Director, Malawi. Their manager is Sheila Davis, CEO.
