Tyisha Churchin

Tyisha Churchin is an experienced professional in board strategy, development, and program management, currently serving as the Board Strategy & Engagement Manager at Partners In Health since January 2022. Previously, Tyisha worked as a Development Associate at Spark MicroGrants, focusing on grant writing and donor pipeline cultivation. As the Public Programs Program Manager at The OpEd Project, responsibilities included establishing fundraising goals and planning outreach strategies. Tyisha also held the position of Diversity, Equity and Inclusion Program Manager at Amizade, maintaining a development calendar for proposals and reports. Early career experience includes roles as a Youth Development Facilitator with the Peace Corps in Swaziland, a Supervisor at Argotea, an Outreach and Events Coordinator intern at difrent, and a Project Coordinator for a TV production at TV One. Tyisha holds a Master of Arts in International Relations and Affairs from The New School and a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and Communications from Penn State University.
