William Haggerty

William Haggerty is a seasoned professional with a diverse background in project management and operations across various sectors. Currently serving as the Founder and Principal at Ainslie Street Advisory since April 2025, Haggerty focuses on delivering capital projects and building operational systems in low-resource settings. Previously, Haggerty held notable roles with Partners In Health, including Senior Technical Lead, overseeing a $20MM global health facilities infrastructure program, and Oxygen Technical Lead, where impressive improvements in oxygen system operations were achieved. Experience also includes operations management at Jitsu, logistics leadership with Médecins Sans Frontières, and a variety of positions in both private and military sectors. Haggerty holds a Bachelor's Degree in International Relations with a concentration in Islamic Studies from Boston University.
