Brad Starr has worked for two companies throughout their career. From 2000 to present, they have been employed by Culture Partners, where they have held the roles of Managing Director, Senior Partner, Partner, Business Unit President I Senior Leadership Consultant and Executive Facilitator, Area Vice President | Senior Leadership Consultant and Executive Facilitator, and Vice President, Operations. From 1992 to 2000, they were employed by Harte-Hanks, Inc. as the Director of Sales.

Brad Starr attended Brigham Young University from 1986 to 1992 and obtained a Bachelor of Science in International Business.
