Jordan Chouljian

Jordan Chouljian, MAOL, is a Consulting Partner at Culture Partners, an international management consulting firm specializing in the transformative power of Organizational Culture since October 2022. Jordan has been an Organizational Development Consultant at OnTrac Partners since 2003 and has served as Adjunct Faculty for the U.S. Office of Personnel Management since February 2015. Previously, Jordan worked as an Organizational Development Specialist at Hawaiian Airlines from 2010 to 2013 and as Lead Facilitator at Wilson Learning from 1992 to 1996. Jordan holds a Master's in Organizational Leadership from UMass Boston, a MOOC in Organizational Analysis from Stanford University, and a Bachelor of Business Administration in Human Resources Management from the University of Colorado Boulder.
