Richard Barnett

Richard Barnett has worked in a variety of roles since 1989. Richard began their career at Emerson Process Management, where they held three positions over fifteen years, including Global Project Pursuit Director, European Key Account and Project Pursuit Director, and Area Sales Manager. In 2003, they took on two additional roles, as Principal of Accordant Consulting and President/CEO of Apnav Consulting, Inc. Richard also worked as a Sales Performance Consultant for Miller Heiman Group from 2003-2020, and as a Sales Consultant for MathMarketing Inc. from 2009-2020. In 2022, they began working as an Independent Consultant for Culture Partners.

Richard Barnett obtained a Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from the University of Brighton between 1982 and 1985. Richard also holds a Chartered Engineer certification.
