Business Analyst

Operations · Full-time · London, United Kingdom · Remote possible

Job description

Partners in Performance is a global management consulting firm with a focus on human performance and working alongside client partners to make change happen. We’ve got offices in Australia, New Zealand, Africa, North and South America, the UK and Europe but prefer to spend as little time in them as possible. Instead, we work alongside our clients to unleash their potential and deliver lasting impact that you hardly ever achieve by sitting in a boardroom.

The Business Analyst role is an entry level role where you would be immediately exposed to being the frontline change agent for our clients.  You are the primary source of reliable data and rock-solid analysis, providing the fact base the improvement team uses to make decisions in real time.

What can you expect as a Business Analyst when you join Partners in Performance?

  • You will work closely with clients and team members to collect and analyse data and provide insights.
  • You will assist with the delivery of measurable improvements and in the implementation of processes and systems that will sustain ongoing improvements, especially by supporting prioritisation and problem-solving.
  • At times the Business Analyst may be given the opportunity to take on front-line coaching roles, especially with client analysts, to broaden their management experience.

Key competencies: To be successful consultant at Partners in Performance, you not only need to be an outstanding academic performer, but also be dynamic, passionate and prepared to roll up your sleeves and work inside our clients’ businesses.  You need to care about people and developing them, as coaching is a big part of our success. What you will need to become a member of the Partners in Performance consulting team:

  • Undergraduate degree from a top-tier university, with excellent results
  • Above average knowledge of PowerPoint and Excel (Power BI advantageous)
  • Excellent problem-solving skills, including analytics
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, including ability to coach, influence, and build trust      with peers
  • Demonstrated passion for results
  • Must be fluent in English
  • Excellent communication skills, including ability to respond clearly to hard      questions under pressure, and to use visual tools without assistance to assist in communicating insights
