Ben Thompson

Ben Thompson is a Managing Director at Partners in Performance, part of Accenture, since January 2019, where leadership focuses on driving operational effectiveness for complex organizations. Previously, Ben held key roles at duckcube as Principal, providing strategy and management consulting for startups and SMEs, and as Founder of Cashvert, an innovative currency conversion service. Earlier experience includes Head of Corporate Strategy at Tabcorp, where leadership in operational and corporate strategy led to a successful demerger; Consultant at The Boston Consulting Group, specializing in financial services; and Senior Project Manager at Database Consultants Australia. Ben holds an MBA in Finance from Melbourne Business School and a BSc with Honours in Mathematics and Computer Science from the University of Melbourne.
