Jae Fusco

Jae Fusco is an experienced education professional currently serving as Supervising Improvement Partner at Partners in School Innovation since August 2017, where leadership, coaching, and management of a team of coaches are provided, alongside support for school leaders in the School District of Philadelphia. Previously, as School Innovation Partner, collaboration with principals and teacher leaders focused on developing results-oriented leaders and enhancing teacher professional learning. Prior roles at the NYC Department of Education included Academic Intervention Specialist and Data Specialist, as well as various positions as a Special Education Teacher from 2010 to 2016. Jae Fusco holds a Master of Science in Education with Distinction in Special Education from Hofstra University and a Bachelor of Science in Elementary Education with a minor in Spanish from Saint Joseph's University.
