Lauren Thomson

Lauren Thomson has a diverse work experience in the field of HR. Lauren started their career at New Zealand Post as an HR Advisor and later worked at Auckland University of Technology in the same role. Lauren then joined New Zealand Post again as an HR Business Partner. After that, they worked at Kiwibank as an HR Business Partner for four years. Following that, they joined ASB Bank as a People and Culture Consultant for a short period. Lauren then moved to Harrison Grierson as a Senior People & Culture Partner before finally joining Partners Life as the Head of HR Operations in October 2022. Additionally, they had a role as an HR Projects Manager at Partners Life, indicating their ongoing contribution to the company.

Lauren Thomson completed their Bachelor of Arts degree at the University of Otago from 1999 to 2003. Following that, they obtained a Certificate in Teaching as a Foreign Language from the Dunedin College of Education in the year 2003.
