Hector de Armas

Hector De Armas has a strong background in business development and account management. Hector started their career as a Regional Sales Manager at NEW LEAF BRANDS, where they successfully managed and opened new distributors in both the Natural and Conventional channels. Hector then transitioned to DEVITA INTERNATIONAL INC as an Account Manager, responsible for growing the brand names of Devita Natural Skin Care in the Natural health food stores and industry. In this role, they developed sales strategies, called on chain account corporate buyers, and attended national trade shows.

Afterwards, Hector joined ProLogistix as a Business Development Manager, where they excelled in expanding the business by opening new accounts and up-selling current accounts through education and value creation. Hector later became an Area Business Development Manager at the same company, further demonstrating their ability to drive business growth.

Following their time at ProLogistix, Hector worked as the Regional Business Development Manager at RemX | The Workforce Experts. Here, they continued to excel in developing new business opportunities and driving revenue growth for the organization.

Most recently, Hector joined Experis/Manpower Group as a Business Development Manager, where they utilized their strong business acumen to drive the expansion of the company.

Currently, they serve as the Director of Premier Partnerships at Partners Personnel. Since joining in 2023, Hector is responsible for managing premier partnerships and driving strategic growth initiatives for the organization.
