Rondell Swope

Rondell Swope has a diverse work experience in various leadership positions. Rondell started their career as the CEO/Owner of RRVL Security Services from July 1998 to May 2006. Rondell then worked as the Director of Underwriting Safety & Security / Western US & Northern California for The Select Family of Staffing Companies from February 2007 to October 2013. From November 2013 to July 2015, they served as the Chief Executive Officer and Managing Partner of Integrated Business Services. Rondell then took on the role of Chief Executive Officer/Managing Partner at FPS Family of Companies from February 2015 to present. In January 2018, they joined Partners Personnel as the Director of Safety and Security.

Rondell Swope completed their Master's degree in Philosophy from Aspen Christian College & Seminary, where they studied from 2007 to 2010.
