Cristina Lopez is the Vice President of People Operations at Partners Pharmacy, overseeing HR operations for over 1,500 employees across Partners Pharmacy, Ascend Health, and Avantum Hospice Pharmacy since July 2017. Responsibilities include managing day-to-day HR functions, developing HR policies, tailoring recruitment practices, and addressing legal issues, while leading a team of six. Prior experience includes serving as Human Resources Manager at CareOne Management LLC from February 2012 to July 2017, where duties involved onboarding executives and ensuring HR compliance. Cristina also held roles as a Human Resources Specialist and Payroll, Benefits, & Accounts Payable Coordinator at CareOne, and previously worked as Client Sales Support Consultant at Seamless and Office Manager at ARAMARK Healthcare. A graduate of Rutgers University with a Bachelor of Arts in History, Cristina brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to people operations.
