Fahad Faiz

Fahad Faiz, Pharm-D, is an experienced pharmacist with a diverse background in various healthcare settings. Currently serving as a Critical Care Pharmacist at Parkland Health since September 2022 and as a LTC Clinical Pharmacist at Partners Pharmacy since August 2021, Fahad's previous roles include Clinical Pharmacist at Baylor Scott & White Health, Pharmacy Associate at Walmart, and Pharmacist Intern at IRVING PHARMACY LLC. Prior experience also encompasses a Pharmacy Technician position at CVS Health and a Pharmacist role at Liaquat National Hospital.
