Julie Potter RN, BSN, has extensive experience in healthcare account management and clinical informatics. Currently serving as an Account Manager at Polaris Pharmacy Services since May 2023, Julie previously held the same title at Partners Pharmacy from November 2017 to January 2023. Earlier roles include Clinical Informatics Coordinator at Hillhaven Nursing and Rehabilitation, where responsibilities included training on information systems and improving processes to reduce medication errors. Additionally, Julie was a Community Admissions Liaison at Hillhaven Assisted Living Nursing & Rehab Center and spent a decade at Remedi SeniorCare as the Director of Account Management for the Mid-Atlantic Region, overseeing customer account retention and satisfaction. Julie began their career as an Account Executive at NeighborCare/OmniCare, providing exceptional service to a wide range of clients.
