Jaclyn Niewiemski, SPHR

Jaclyn Niewiemski's work experience begins in 2010 as a Strategic Business Unit Intern at New Era Cap, where they provided support to the sales team and assisted with product launches. In 2011, they worked as a Human Resources Intern at Independent Health, where they conducted candidate sourcing, phone interviews, and reference checks, as well as prepared offer letters and new hire packets. Later in 2011, they joined Rochester General Hospital as a Talent Acquisition Coordinator, coordinating the onboarding process for new hires and interacting with hiring managers. Since 2012, Jaclyn has been working at Partners + Napier, starting as an HR Coordinator and later progressing to HR Specialist. Currently, they hold the position of HR Manager.

Jaclyn Niewiemski, SPHR, holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration with a focus on Marketing and Human Resources from the University at Buffalo School of Management, The State University of New York. Jaclyn attended The Aquinas Institute of Rochester for their high school education. In addition to their formal education, they obtained the Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) certification from the Human Resource Certification Institute (HRCI) in June 2019. Furthermore, they acquired the NYS Notary Public certification in February 2016, although the institution from which they obtained this certification is unspecified.
