Simon Glendenning

Simon Glendenning serves as the Chief Operating Officer at Partners Wealth Group since October 2020, overseeing a multi-disciplined professional services firm in wealth management, legal, lending, investment, and superannuation across Australia. Prior to this role, Simon was the CEO and Founder of Welcome Fit, the largest global platform for live, on-demand fitness workouts, which was acquired by an interactive fitness brand in January 2020. From January 2012 to June 2017, Simon held multiple roles at Western Union Business Solutions, culminating as Regional Vice President for APAC, Middle East & India, where significant digital change and growth targets were achieved. Earlier positions include General Manager at Travelex's Global Business Payments division, where Simon led initiatives for client acquisition and retention, and previous entrepreneurial experience as the founder and Managing Director of Sports Injury Solutions P/L. Simon holds a Graduate Diploma in Entrepreneurship and Innovation from Swinburne University of Technology.
