Roslyn Allison, MSW, is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in community development and advocacy. Currently serving as a Community Development Specialist at Essence of Success, LLC since October 2011, Roslyn focuses on strategies to attract businesses, create job opportunities, and revitalize communities. As a Community Advocate with the Partnership Against Domestic Violence since March 2012, responsibilities include providing direct care and crisis intervention for victims of domestic violence and sexual assault. In addition, Roslyn owns The Infinity Group, which offers a Prison Re-Entry Program for women and men. Previous roles include Residential Case Manager at the YWCA of Richmond and Correctional Institutional Rehabilitation Counselor II at the Virginia Department of Corrections. Roslyn holds a Master's degree in Social Work from Clark Atlanta University and a Bachelor of Science in Criminal Justice from North Carolina Central University.
