Erik Landry serves as the Director of Climate Change and Climate Change Specialist at GRESB since February 2020, leading the development of methodologies and tools for climate-related transition risk, Paris alignment, and Net-Zero target setting for real estate and infrastructure. Landry has played a significant role in creating the 2020 GRESB Resilience Module and integrating it into the 2021 assessments, while also focusing on carbon accounting methodology and establishing research partnerships on climate-related topics. In addition to current responsibilities at GRESB, Landry is involved in several advisory groups, including the Scope 2 Technical Working Group for The GHG Protocol and the Financing Towards Net-Zero Buildings at PCAF. Previous experience includes research roles at MIT, engagement in sustainable energy policy at the U.S. Department of Energy, and accolades in organizational sustainability efforts. Landry holds a Master of Science in Technology and Policy from MIT and a Bachelor of Science in Chemistry from the University of Chicago.
