Peter Sandahl

Peter Sandahl has extensive experience in sustainability and climate-related roles at Nordea, where responsibilities have included serving as Head of Climate & Environment and Deputy Head of Group Sustainability since December 2009. Peter has held various positions in the organization, such as Head of Strategy & Insight for Savings and Executive Advisor to the CEO. Additionally, Peter is active in multiple initiatives focused on climate finance, including roles as a board member for the Partnership for Carbon Accounting Financials and as a member of the Steering Group for the Net-Zero Banking Alliance within the United Nations Environment Programme Finance Initiative. In education, Peter is pursuing a Master of Science in Global Energy & Climate Policy at SOAS University of London and holds a Master's degree in Business Administration from Heriot-Watt University. Peter is also the founder of Climb for Climate™ and has served on the board of Protect Our Winters in Sweden.
