Cecilia Marshall

Cecilia Marshall currently serves as Director of External Partnerships and Director of Technology Strategy at the Partnership for Education Advancement since December 2021. Prior experience includes the role of Vice President, Program Development & Strategy at the Jackie Robinson Foundation from September 2020 to December 2021, and Director, Strategic Initiatives at the Jack Kent Cooke Foundation from October 2016 to September 2020. At the Jack Kent Cooke Foundation, Cecilia managed communications, public relations, and strategic initiatives while overseeing projects benefiting high-achieving students nationwide. Cecilia also worked as Managing Director for the Gates Millennium Scholars Program from June 2013 to October 2016, handling scholarship distributions exceeding $15 million, and as an Emerging Leaders Program Fellow at Leadership Education for Asian Pacifics, Inc. in 2015. Previous roles include Director of Recruitment at Savannah College of Art and Design and Sr. Art Buyer at UniWorld Group, with a foundation in art and marketing from a BFA in Photography from the Savannah College of Art and Design.
