Community Development Team

The Community Development Team at the Partnership for Maternal & Child Health of Northern New Jersey focuses on enhancing community engagement and support for maternal and child health. They work collaboratively to implement programs that promote health education, empower families, and strengthen community resources, all while ensuring access to quality care for diverse populations. Through initiatives like the Fatherhood Program and Parents As Teachers, the team advocates for holistic support, helping families thrive during and after pregnancy.
