Christina Schiavone

Chris Schiavone leads the Partnership’s efforts to design and deliver coaching engagements for federal agencies. She is a PCC-level ICF certified coach, and coaches senior government executives, teams and individuals to achieve their goals. She also advises agencies on leadership and organizational development strategies and best practices. Chris joined the Partnership after spending eight years as a government consultant, where she led various training and development, employee engagement and large-scale change management initiatives. Chris’s favorite public servants are her father, who served almost 40 years as a federal employee, and Toby Zeigler, The West Wing’s sarcastic communications director who always spoke truth to power.
