Daniella Caluza

Daniella supports several of the Partnership’s federal workforce programs, including diversity, equity, inclusion, and accessibility (DEIA) efforts; and supporting agencies in best practices for engaging communities. Daniella is also the Stanford Community Impact Fellow, serving as a liaison to their alma mater to share about federal opportunities and the federal hiring process. Daniella’s passion for public service comes from years of involvement with various non-profits in California’s Bay Area, and they continue to remain committed to addressing issues of social justice. Their favorite public servant is Michael D. Tubbs – the youngest and first African-American mayor of Daniella’s hometown of Stockton, CA, and an advocate of addressing issues of economic inequality.
