Emily Holby

Emily Holby is a certified Project Management Professional who manages talent acquisition for the Partnership. In additional to bringing talent into the organization, Emily oversees the Partnership’s internship program and supports various Human Resources initiatives. Prior to moving to the Human Resources team, Emily managed leadership development programs, supported organizational budget and financial management and, more recently, led the organization’s project management efforts. Her passion for public service developed through her coursework in public policy and public administration, which eventually led her to the Partnership.
