Kelly Shih

Kelly Shih coordinates the Partnership’s flagship leadership development program, Excellence in Government Fellows, and manages benchmarks for the Programs team. Starting out her career as a management consultant, she discovered she could combine her passion for good government with her love of developing people by working on federal human capital. After a year solo backpacking and in retreat prior to joining the Partnership, she looks to bring lessons learned on the road in mindfulness and humility to her work in empowering others. Kelly’s favorite public servant is Frances Perkins—the first woman to serve as a cabinet secretary, primary architect of the New Deal, and pioneering advocate of labor rights.
