Monica Wilder

Monica Wilder leads the Partnership’s multi-year engagement with the Department of Labor, which includes onboarding for new executives, department-wide supervisory and emerging leader training and tailored programs for specific agencies. She also supports other Partnership engagements through program design, content delivery and writing. Monica’s interest in nonprofits and government led her to the Partnership in 2011, and she’s since developed a special affinity for the work of public servants and their impact on lives. Monica has great respect for John F. Kennedy, who amongst other things, promoted public service, established the Peace Corps, set the stage for the moon landing and originally proposed what would become the Civil Rights Act of 1964.
