Lisa Bevacqua

Lisa Bevacqua is a highly experienced professional in investor portfolio management and asset management, currently serving as Senior Managing Director for Investor Portfolio Management and Lead for Brookfield Properties at CBRE since July 2024. Prior to this role, Lisa worked at Silverstein Properties, Inc. for over 13 years, where responsibilities included overseeing asset management and leasing for a 17 million square foot portfolio of Class-A office, multifamily, and life science properties. Previous positions include various roles at Citi Property Investors, where Lisa underwrote over $1.8 billion in real estate investments, and an associate role at CB Richard Ellis/Whittier Partners focusing on office leasing. Initial experience includes a consultant position at Accenture, where operational improvements were implemented in the financial services sector. Lisa holds an MBA in Real Estate and Finance from The Wharton School and a BA in Psychology and Philosophy from Boston College.
