Kalina Spielbauer

Kalina Spielbauer is a seasoned professional in program services for individuals with disabilities, currently serving as the Senior Director of Program Services at Partnership Resources, Inc. since October 2017. Prior to this role, Kalina held the position of Senior Director of Program & Operations at Homeward Bound Inc. where leadership encompassed 24-hour residential placements and community-based support for over 150 adults with disabilities. Kalina also contributed to the development of Individualized Housing Options and In-Home services during the role of Operations Administrator at Homeward Bound Inc., expanding the service offerings to accommodate a wider range of support needs. Earlier career experience includes managing operations and program services as Team Leader/DTH Coordinator at Rise, Inc. Kalina’s educational background includes attendance at the University of Wisconsin-La Crosse.
