Carrie Delong

Carrie DeLong is currently the Director of Healthcare Management at Partnership Solutions MSO. Prior to this, Carrie held positions such as Outpatient Care Manager and Chronic Conditions RN at CDPHP. With a background in healthcare services and education, Carrie has extensive experience in the field. Carrie holds a Bachelor of Applied Science in Community Health from Empire State University and an Associate of Arts and Sciences in Registered Nursing/Registered Nurse from SUNY Adirondack. Currently pursuing a Master of Science in Nursing Informatics from Western Governors University.
