Rachel Chernick, PhD, LCSW, serves as Senior Vice President of Family Services and Evaluation Research at the Partnership to End Addiction since April 2018, having held various leadership roles including Vice President for both Family and Helpline Services. Previously, Rachel worked as an Adjunct Lecturer at Hunter College/Silberman School of Social Work and served as a Research Assistant for the New York City Department of Health and Mental Hygiene and Columbia University, focusing on HIV prevention strategies in communities of color. Rachel's clinical experience includes being a Psychotherapist and Program Director of an Opioid Treatment Program at St. Luke's-Roosevelt Hospital. Rachel earned a PhD in Addiction Prevention and Treatment from CUNY Graduate Center, a Master of Science in Social Work from Columbia University, and a Bachelor of Arts from McGill University.
