Jennifer Ottolini is the current Director of Business Operations at PARTNERSHIPS WITH INDUSTRY. Jennifer has over 20 years of experience in the nonprofit sector, with a focus on fundraising and community engagement.

Jennifer began their career with the American Cancer Society, where they spent 16 years in a variety of roles, including Managing Director of Community Engagement, Strategic Director of Income Development, and Director of Special Events. In their role as Managing Director, Jennifer was responsible for leading company-wide strategy and execution of the largest revenue strategy in the California Division. Jennifer was accountable for large income targets and mission delivery efforts, including mobilizing diverse constituents, staff and volunteers to meet goals.

In their role as Strategic Director of Income Development, Jennifer was responsible for providing strategic leadership to the fundraising team and implementing multiple development programs for the California Division. Primary functions included strategic direction for core fundraising programs, staff training and development, and management of direct and indirect budgets of over $4.5 million.

As Director of Special Events, Jennifer was responsible for logistical implementation for four core fundraising campaigns, achieving yearly income goals through strategic planning and management of staff and volunteers.

After 16 years with the American Cancer Society, Jennifer transitioned to March of Dimes, where they served as Executive Director of Market Development for the Greater Sacramento Area. In this role, they were responsible for leading both staff and C-Suite leadership volunteers to set revenue and mission targets, measure success and monitor progress in achieving goals. Jennifer managed a staff team, developed strong market strategy plans, conducted volunteer board recruitment and development, market forecasts, donor cultivation and stewardship, and managed all levels of both income and expense budgets.

In their current role as Business Operations Director at PARTNERSHIPS WITH INDUSTRY, Jennifer is responsible for leading the organization’s business operations and supporting its mission to provide employment opportunities for people with disabilities.

Jennifer Ottolini holds an MBA from California State University-Sacramento, which they obtained in 2007. Jennifer also holds a bachelor's degree from the same school, which they obtained in 2000. Prior to that, they attended Sierra College and earned an associate's degree in 1998. Jennifer has also completed two courses offered by LinkedIn, entitled "Operational Excellence Foundations" and "Counterintuitive Leadership Strategies for a VUCA (Volatile, Uncertain, Complex, Ambiguous) Environment."
