Kritika Ravichandran has a diverse work experience starting from 2016. Kritika began their career at AIESEC, where they held various roles including Social Work, B2C Marketing, and Content Blogging. During their time there, they facilitated international internships, led a team, and contributed to digital expansion efforts.
In 2018, Kritika joined PricewaterhouseCoopers - Service Delivery Center (PwC SDC) as an Associate. Kritika worked on legal consolidation implementation for a global personal care and cosmetics client, supported other multinationals with their dynamic business requirements, and played a role in planned, budget, and matrix consolidation.
In 2021, Kritika took on the role of a TED Circles Host at TED Conferences. Kritika hosted TED Circles events for two years.
Currently, Kritika is the Founder of p a r t n r, where they lead the development of a decentralized vetting protocol that optimizes talent acquisition methods and reduces cost and time. The infrastructure can be integrated with existing platforms to enhance their processes.
Kritika Ravichandran completed their Bachelor of Engineering (B.E.) in Computer Science from PES University from 2014 to 2018. Prior to that, they studied at St. Joseph's Boys' High School from 2012 to 2014, where they obtained their ISC degree in Science. From 2000 to 2012, they attended The Cathedral High School, Bangalore and obtained their ICSE degree. In addition to their formal education, Kritika has obtained several certifications including Customer Analytics from the University of Pennsylvania, Human-Centered Design and Digital Acumen from PwC, Entrepreneurship - Develop the Oppurtunity from the University of Pennsylvania, and SAP Certified Application Associate - SAP Business Planning and Consolidation 10.1 and 11.0 from SAP SE.
