Joyce Parton is an experienced executive with a robust background in energy services, sustainability, and organizational development. Currently serving as a Fractional Executive at Parton Service Group, Joyce provides consulting in strategic planning and operations. Joyce previously held significant positions, including Director of Energy Services at CHN Housing Partners, where management of $22 million in energy efficiency grants was a key responsibility. As Senior VP at ms consultants, inc., Joyce focused on innovative solutions for energy efficiency and climate resilience. A former Chief Operating Officer at NOPEC, Joyce advanced sustainability initiatives and operational efficiency. Joyce's extensive career also includes roles at Forest City Realty Trust, The Goodyear Tire & Rubber Company, and CAES Development Company, supported by a BS in Industrial Systems Engineering from The Ohio State University and an MBA from The University of Akron.
