Audra Frasier has a diverse work experience in the insurance industry. Audra started their career in 1999 as a Field Claims Adjuster at GMAC Insurance, where they examined claims data and determined coverage and liability. Audra then worked as a Senior Field Appraiser and later became a Claims Manager, supervising and directing the investigation and disposition of assigned claims.

In 2006, Audra joined AIG as a Claims Unit Manager, where they were responsible for the supervision of a unit of field appraisers and the review of appraisals. Audra then moved to MetLife as a Field Appraiser, negotiating settlements and payments for auto damages. During their time at MetLife, they also served as an Appraisal Claims Specialist at Liberty Mutual Insurance, where they trained staff and evaluated independent appraisers and drive-in locations.

Audra joined CCC Intelligent Solutions in 2017 as a Field Consultant, providing customer service and support to the insurance industry. Audra also served as a Customer Success Manager, cultivating and maintaining client relationships and ensuring high levels of satisfaction and ROI.

Currently, Audra is working at PartsTrader LLC as a Senior Customer Success Team Manager. In this role, they are responsible for creating sales and implementation processes to increase revenue, drive retention, and grow market share. Audra partners with customers to understand their business goals and ensures satisfaction and recognition of ROI, leading to renewals and growth.

Audra Frasier holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Communications from Whitworth University.
