Leandro improved the UI to adhere to accessibility standards, enhanced the user experience, and implemented upgrades and updates to build automation tools and the delivery pipeline.

From 2019 to 2021, Rodrigues held senior positions at Kiwi Wealth and Thankyou Payroll. At Kiwi Wealth, they worked on rebuilding key applications, collaborated with front-end developers to build and integrate a new component library, updated UI elements, and realized new UI designs using ReactJS and Typescript. At Thankyou Payroll, they focused on full-stack development, including the implementation of a NodeJS backend microservice for a PHP payroll system, as well as rebuilding the UI with ReactJS and GraphQL.

In 2021, Rodrigues joined Optimation Group as a Senior Software Engineer, where they worked until November. Currently, they are employed as a Senior Software Engineer at PartsTrader LLC.

Leandro Rodrigues began their education at Estácio University in 2014, where they pursued a degree in Superior em Análise e Desenvolvimento de Sistemas, specializing in Tecnologia da Informação. Leandro attended Estácio University until 2016. Additionally, they obtained a certification from Microsoft, specifically as a MCTS - Microsoft Technology Specialist - Windows Vista. However, the specific months and years in which they obtained this certification are unknown.
