Jeff Dill

Jeff Dill has a diverse and extensive work experience in various industries. Jeff has held senior leadership roles in companies such as Party City, NRG Home Solar, and the US Marine Corps.

At Party City, Jeff served as the Vice President of Facilities, Helium, and Energy Management. Jeff was responsible for overseeing the repair, maintenance, and care of retail stores and manufacturing centers, managing energy and utility contracts, and supervising the purchase and distribution of helium for stores. Jeff also played a key role in designing new balloon stations and reducing waste.

Prior to Party City, Jeff worked at NRG Home Solar as the Vice President of Operations and Senior Manager of Installation Development. Jeff led a large team responsible for installing residential solar systems and implemented organizational restructuring, cost-saving measures, and training programs to optimize operations and increase productivity.

Before their corporate roles, Jeff had a successful career in the US Marine Corps. Jeff Dill completed their Bachelor of Science degree in Business Management from Seton Hall University from 1986 to 1990. Later, from 2001 to 2002, they pursued a Master's degree in Military Science at Marine Corps University. Jeff further expanded their education by obtaining a Master's degree in Strategic Studies from National War College in 2008 and 2009.
