Mary Raddant

Mary Raddant has extensive experience in the field of human resources. Mary is currently serving as the Senior Director of Field Human Resources for Party City, a position they have held since January 2023. Prior to this, Mary worked as the Vice President of People and Organizational Development/Head of HR at Affinity Group, Sales & Marketing Agency from July 2021 to July 2022.

From February 2019 to July 2021, Mary held the role of Chief Human Resources Officer at ALG Senior, where they led and developed the HR function for the largest senior housing provider in the Southeast.

Before their time at ALG Senior, Mary worked as the Sr. Director of Human Resource Business Partners at David's Bridal from April 2014 to January 2019. In this role, they led and developed HR solutions for the world's largest specialty bridal retailer.

From September 2013 to April 2014, Mary served as the Director of Field Human Resources at The Fresh Market, where they led a team of HR professionals to develop and implement HR policies and programs.

Prior to their time at The Fresh Market, Mary worked at Lowe's Companies, Inc. as the Corporate Director of Human Resources from January 2011 to September 2013. Mary also held the position of Regional Human Resource Director at Lowe's from February 2004 to January 2011. In these roles, they acted as a strategic business partner and executed people strategies to improve business outcomes.

Mary's career in HR began at Target, where they worked as a Senior Human Resource Representative from October 1999 to October 2002. Mary then moved on to Toys R Us, where they served as the District Human Resource Manager, leading and motivating mature stores in New England.

Throughout their career, Mary has demonstrated strong leadership and expertise in developing HR functions, implementing policies and programs, and driving employee engagement.

Mary Raddant holds a B.A. degree in English and Women's Studies from UMass Boston. Mary also has an Ed.M. degree in Human Resource Development from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign. In addition, they have obtained certifications in "Improving Your Conflict Competence" and "Managing Generation Z" from LinkedIn in 2022.
