Director Of Devops at Party City

Tony Archer has a extensive work experience in various roles and positions. Tony currently works at Party City as the Director of DevOps, a role they started in November 2022. Prior to their current position, they were the Director of Communications & Collaboration at Party City from March 2021 to November 2022.

Before joining Party City, Tony founded Zetta Engineering Group in May 2016 and served as the Chief Technology Officer until March 2021.

Tony has also worked as a Software Architect / .NET Team Lead at Miller & Associates from October 2011 to June 2013, as a Team Lead at Verascent from October 2009 to January 2011, and as a Software Architect/Project Manager at Nortel Networks from November 1999 to September 2009. At Nortel Networks, Tony managed the SDLC process requirements, documentation, and training for development methodologies, and worked towards increasing Nortel's CMMI rating.

Tony Archer has a Bachelor's degree from MBI. Tony also has a Private Pilot license from Monarch Aviation and an Instrument Rating from the FAA. Additionally, they have received ScrumMaster Training and is certified as a ScrumMaster by the Scrum Alliance.
