Alison Hester

Alison Hester is a certified paraprofessional and vocational job coach currently working at Lake Park High School since March 2023, focusing on life skills and vocational support for students in the Transitional Assisted Program. Alison has extensive experience in hospitality and guest relations, having worked as event staff for Party Host Helpers since August 2022 and in central guest relations for Rosen Hotels & Resorts from June 2021 to January 2022. Previous roles include substitute teaching at Kelly, ushering and revenue operations at Universal Orlando Resort, and being a cast member at Walt Disney World, where strong communication and problem-solving skills were honed. Alison holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Entertainment Management from the University of Central Florida's Rosen College of Hospitality Management and has foundational education from the College of DuPage.
