Norm Decena

Norm Decena is an experienced basketball coach and educator, currently serving as the Basketball Coach at Duarte High School since May 2022, and as a substitute teacher and basketball coach at Pasadena Christian School since May 2011. Previous coaching experience includes the role of JV boys head basketball coach at La Salle High School in Pasadena from July 2011 to February 2012. Norm has also worked in the hospitality industry as a concierge at Hilton Universal City/Los Angeles from July 2007 to November 2009. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from Colegio de San Juan de Letran and multiple advanced degrees including a Master of Arts in Christian Leadership from Asian Theological Seminary and a Master of Arts in Marriage and Family Ministries from Biola University. Norm is currently pursuing a certificate in Life Coaching from IAP Career College.
