Carol E. Osborn is an experienced professional in audience engagement and patron services, currently serving as the Audience Engagement Officer at Pasadena Playhouse since 2015. In this role, Carol develops rapport with patrons, educates them about the venue's offerings, and coordinates with various teams to address patron needs. Previous experience includes providing freelance accounting assistance, functioning as an administrative assistant at SFE Investment Counsel Inc., managing healthcare for a senior family member, serving as an executive office assistant for itSMF USA, and supporting the President of Catholic Travel Centre. Carol holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Humanities from Pitzer College and a Master's Degree in Vocal Performance from California State University, Los Angeles, along with completed accounting courses at Glendale Community College.
