Gautham R. is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in leadership roles across prominent companies in the retail and consumer sectors. Currently, Gautham serves as the Vice President General Manager for Americas at Timberland. Previous roles include Executive Board Director - Treasurer at Pasado's Safe Haven and Divisional Vice President for Activity and Merchandising Strategy at REI, where Gautham managed a $2B+ P&L and spearheaded strategic business planning. Gautham held multiple key positions at Nike, including Senior Director of Global Corporate Strategy and CEO and GM of Nike Converse Asia, achieving significant sales growth during challenging market conditions. Additional experience includes leadership roles at Target, Shop Your Way, and roles in financial analysis at Google and Rutberg & Company. Gautham holds a BS in Economics from the University of Wisconsin-Madison and an MS in Economics from Murray State University.
