Douglas Anderson

Douglas Anderson currently serves as the Assistant Facilities Management Director for Pasco County Government, overseeing the Facilities Management Department and its three divisions to enhance customer service and operational efficiency. With an extensive background in facilities management, Douglas previously held leadership positions at HCA's Brandon Regional Hospital, the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs, and NAVFAC. Significant achievements include managing large-scale facilities projects, optimizing maintenance operations for healthcare systems, and leading teams in critical disaster recovery efforts. Douglas holds a Master’s degree in Engineering from the University of Florida and a Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, also from the University of Florida, reflecting a strong educational foundation in engineering and construction management.
