Elliot Shoberg

Elliot Shoberg serves as the Public Works Engineering Manager for Pasco County Government since July 2023. Prior to this role, Elliot held multiple positions at the City of Clearwater, including Stormwater Utility Manager and Assistant Director of Engineering, starting in 1999. Elliot obtained a Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering from the University of South Florida, where studies were completed from 1993 to 1996.
