Chris Laney has a diverse work experience spanning from 2007 to 2022. Starting as a Graphic Designer at Frontier Bank, Chris was responsible for creating various advertising and marketing elements. They then worked as a Shift Supervisor at Starbucks and later as a Technology Operations Manager at Taylor Communications. In 2013, Chris joined Total Merchant Services as a Registroid Technical Support Manager, where they achieved significant accomplishments such as improving SLA completion time and reducing support requests. They also played a key role in launching a more efficient CDM/CRM platform. After working as a Freelance Graphic Designer, Chris held leadership positions at between the Cons and Geeks Who Drink. Most recently, they served as the Senior Director of Operations - Mid-America at Wyld before becoming the Director of Operations & Technology at PASCO.
Chris Laney attended the University of Mobile from 2007 to 2012, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Communication, General. In addition to their degree, Chris Laney also holds two certifications: HIPAA Professional (HIPAAP) from ecfirst, earned in December 2022, and 5S Workplace Productivity from LinkedIn, earned in May 2020.
