Esteban Garza

Esteban Garza, MBA has a diverse work experience spanning over several companies and roles. From 1986 to 1994, they worked as a Senior Auditor at Arthur Andersen. Esteban then joined Ganahmsa, Inc as a Controller from 1998 to 1999. Esteban then worked as a Consultant at ASARCO LLC, playing a crucial role in financial statement preparation, fixed assets, and environmental liabilities from 2000 to 2001. Esteban continued at ASARCO LLC, serving as a Sr. Accountant from February 2000 to December 2007 and as the Manager of Property Plant & Equipment from January 2008 to October 2008. Following that, Esteban held the position of Project Accounting & Controls Manager at Freeport McMoran Copper & Gold from October 2008 to September 2012. Esteban then worked at CDM Smith as a Project Controller and Finance/Business Manager from October 2012 to May 2015. From May 2015 to May 2017, Esteban worked as an Independent Project Accountant and Controller as a Consultant. In 2017, they became the Controller at Pascua Yaqui Tribe until June 2019. Esteban then worked as a Consultant at Rosemont Copper, Hudbay's Arizona Business Unit from June 2019 to November 2019. From November 2019 to December 2021, they served as a Senior Cost Controller at South32. Currently, Esteban holds the position of Executive Director of Finance and Operations at Pascua Yaqui Tribe starting from December 2021.

Esteban Garza, MBA, obtained their Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Technology Management from the University of Phoenix, where they studied from 2003 to 2005. Prior to that, they completed a Bachelor's degree in Accounting & Auditing from Universidad Regiomontana S.C. from 1986 to 1990.
