Adela Shikhiyeva

Adela Shikhiyeva is an experienced professional in the banking and event management sectors, currently serving as the Head of the Center of Excellence at PASHA Bank OJSC since July 2018. In this leadership role, Adela collaborates with the executive board to drive change initiatives and foster a culture of continuous improvement. Adela has held several positions at PASHA Bank, including Head of Private Banking Product Development and Senior Strategy Governance Manager, focusing on strategic alignment and product strategy development. Previous experience includes project management roles at Iteca Caspian LLC and the Baku 2015 European Games Operation Committee, where Adela excelled in government relations and event execution. Adela holds an MBA from the University of Warwick and additional education in luxury industries from Università Bocconi, complemented by a Bachelor's degree in International Relations from Azerbaijan State University of Languages.
