Elshan Rafiyev

Elshan Rafiyev is a finance and accounting professional with a strong background in the insurance and banking sectors. Currently serving as a Leading Accountant Specialist at PASHA Insurance OJSC since January 2020, Elshan has progressed through various roles from Accountant Assistant to Sales Assistant. Prior experience includes positions in the Credit Departments at Bank Respublika OJSC and Kapital Bank OJSC, where responsibilities included attracting loan customers and conducting credit assessments. Elshan holds a Master's degree in Finance and a Bachelor's degree in Finance and Accounting from Azerbaijan State University of Economics (UNEC) and is currently pursuing ACCA certification.
