Nijat Karimli

Nijat Karimli is an accomplished human resources professional with extensive experience in HR operations, compensation, and benefits management. Currently serving as the Head of Human Resources Operations at PASHA Insurance OJSC since April 2022, Nijat previously held multiple roles at Delta Group C.O. LLC, including Leading Payroll and Planning Specialist and Leading Recruitment and Planning Specialist. Additional experience includes leading human resources roles at the State Oil Company of the Republic of Azerbaijan and Veyseloglu Group of Companies. Nijat holds a Master of Business Administration in Business Administration and Management from Baku Engineering University and a Bachelor of Commerce from Azerbaijan State University of Economics.
